1. Provide. sod in the front and side yards.
2. Supply.'-� inch anchor bolts in the garage sill plate.; 6 feet on center
and within 12 inches of the end of any member.
3. Provide permanent support for bottom of deck stairway.
We will expect the above items to be completed by October 28, 1976 when a
