Dear Sirs:
A final inspection was made on December 12, 1975 of 6190 Rice Creek Drive.
The following items were noted and must be completed before the construction
can be finaled out;
1. Provide a verifying survey
2. Post house numbers
3.' Replace faulty P.C. alarm
4. Grade rear yard as per previous agreement with plat approval dated
February 28, 1975.
5. Call in for plumbing and electrical finals
6. Provide sod in the front and side yards.
We will expect items 1, 2, 3 and 5 to be completed by January 16, 1976 and
items 4 and 6 to be completed by June 1, 1976.
A final inspection was made on December 23, 1975 of 1521 Woodside Court N.E.
It was noted that the sod was not provided in the front and side yards which
must be complete before the construction can be finaled out. We will expect
this to be completed by June 1,1976.
If any problems arise that will prevent you from completing the above items
by the appointed dates, please contact us. Reinspections will be conducted
on or about the appointed dates to determine compliance.

noxious growth are being allowed to grow on your property described

To maintain our City in a healthful condition and to alleviate
suffering from allergies, unsightly tall grass, weeds, and noxious
growth must be removed.
I am requesting you to mow the tall grass, weeds, and/or noxious
growth on your property within ten (10) days of the date of this
notice or the City will cut, destroy, or otherwise abate the
condition.
In the event it is necessary for the City to abate the condition,
you will be served a notice in writing of the work done and the
costs and expenses involved. If the total amount is not paid to
the City of Fridley within thirty (30) days following such notice
or before the following October 1, whichever is later, the costs
and expenses shall become a lien in favor of the City and a penalty
of fifteen percent (151) will be added to the amount due as of the
date, with the total costs, expenses, and penalty thereupon to be
certified to the County Auditor and entered by him on his tax books
as tax against the land.
