The existing roof structure and concrete slab is in good structured condition with no Indication of any frost heave or d(iferenttal settlement. Due to the existing non -frost susce"ble sous and the good condition of the existing carport and slab; in my professional opinion. It would be structurally, acceptable to insulite the ground around the perimeter of the carport as an vltemate• to a fit depth foundation.
