four -foot high fence with a self -latching gate around
the swimming pool being installed on our property loo-
ated at 261 Rice Creep Terrace.

RE: Plan Review of Pool for 4815 Rice Creek Terrace
The plan will be approved subject to the following comments:
1.. The owner of the property shall provide a signed letter that a
minimum of a four foot fence with a self -latching gate will be
provided if yard not already so fenced.
2. No vacuum line shall be located within 30 ft. of a sewer line.
3. Any overhead electric lines should be at least 15-20 ft. from
the pool.
4. Provide low voltage lighting if a light is provided.
5. Provide proper and adequate electric grounding of all electric
apparatus.
6. Safety ledges within the pool are poor but will be accepted.
7. A four foot deck shall be provided around the pool.
8. Provide a main drain from the deep end.
9. Two inlets from the filter should be provided for this pool.
10. The turn -over shall be at least once every 12 hours. I would
recommend that it approach 8-9 hours.
11. The skimmer shall be flush with the interior surface of the pool.
12. A fill pipe with the inlet six inches above the.edge of the pool
or a vacuum breaker (permanent) on the hose bibb shall be provided.
The fill spout, if used, shall be located to avoid accidents.
13. All equipment shall be N.S.F. approved.
A.complete plan with pool details and a legend of specifications
should be provided with each pooi. This is too difficult to try to
review.
