Dear Ms. Anderson:
Thank you for your patience regarding the issue of the railroad
ties along the rear portion of your property. I understand that
you would like to have the railroad ties removed.
I have discussed your request with the Public Works Director,
John Flora. He advised me that the City may be undertaking a
stream bank erosion control project in 1996 in your area. He
suggested that removal of the railroad ties could occur during
that project since other stream bank improvements may be
occurring at the same time.
Until that time, if you would like to have the ties removed, it
would be a private matter between yourself and a contractor.

process of the stream bank improvement project. His phone number
