A mechanical permit was issued on April 30, 1999 for the property located at
53 Rice Creek Way NE for an air conditioning unit. According) to Section 305(a)
of the 1991 Uniform Mechanical Code a final inspection shall be performed on
the mechanical system. As of this date no inspection has beep called for.
