At that time, a notice of permit card will be sent to you. This card must be posted at the .sit( prior to construction. IX. All General and Special Provisions of this permit shall bind permittee, his heirs and assigns and shall run with the land. X. Permittee shall maintain the authorized wall in a stable and safe condition and shall repair or replace it at any time that the Co=issioner finds the wall is subject to instability, creates a navigation hazard, or has become an aesthetic nuisance.
