Dear Mr. Pragal: A mechanical permit was issued on June 14, 1999 for the property located at 152 River Edge Way NE for a furnace an air conditioning unit. According to Section 305(a) of the 1991 Uniform Mechanical Code a final inspection shall be performed on the mechanical system. As of this date no inspection has been called for.
