conditions contained herein shall be considered as requirements for the proposed project A written
response or additional documents may be necessary and are due prior to initiation of proposed demolition.

1. All demolition activities and waste disposal for the proposed project shall be performed in accordance
with 2007 MSFC Chapter 14 and applicable provisions, 2000 NFPA Standard 241, applicable Minnesota
Pollution Control Agency guidelines with respect to building demolition and waste disposal.
2. Identify, secure and verify termination of all utilities prior to initiation of demolition activities.
3. During demolition activities, contractor shall secure building and site by boarding, locking, blocking or
other protection to prevent entry by unauthorized persons. (2007 MSFC 311.2.1)
4. Following performance of the proposed demolition activity and removal of demolition debris from the site,
an inspection shall be performed by this office to assure proper completion of the permitted work

To Whom It May Concern:
A final inspection was conducted on November 4, 2010 for the completion of the dwelling
at the above address. The inspection noted that the construction was completed in
according to the approved plan but the following items need to be completed before the
building permit can be finaled out:
1. Provide sod in the front and side yard.
2. Portion of accessory structure (208 Sq ft) shall be removed to meet 1991 variance
of maximum 1832 sq ft if total garage/accessory structure. Structure shall be down
by May 1 st, 2011.
