Fridley, MN 55432 Dear Mr. and Mrs. Farr: July 25, 1991 On July 22, 1991, the Fridley City Council officially approved your request for a special use permit, SP #91-08, to allow a third accessory building, over 240 square feet, on Lot 10, Block 1, River Edge Addition, generally located at 157 River Edge Way N.E., with the following stipulations: 1. Variance request, VAR #91-18, shall be approved. 2. The accessory structure shall be located within two feet of the location proposed by the petitioner. Also, the City Council approved your request for a variance, VAR #91-18, to increase the total floor area of all accessory buildings from 1,400 square feet to 1,832 square feet, to allow the construction of additional garage space, on Lot 10, Block 1, River Edge Addition, generally located at 157 River Edge Way N.E., with the following stipulations: 1.
