I Julie Misencik your Neighbor,am written this letter from,the advice's of The City of Fridley.To
increase the width of my driveway, I would be making the driveway wider than the city would allow, but
by you giving me permission in writing I can increase it even wider by bringing the driveway within 6
inches from the fence between our properties. If you agree to give me permission please sign and date
below. I will make 3 copies of this letter,one for the City of Fridley records,one for your copy and one
