Dear Barry:
In response to the inspection report which you left on my door, I would like to take the time to
explain the circumstances surrounding the repair work you witnessed on November 2, 1998.
The previous owners of my residence attached a kit type solarium on the rear of my home which
in my estimation, hindered the views towards the river. I had an opportunity to have this room
removed from my home last weekend. The party who took the solarium was not able to take
some of the room's pieces which is why I had a dumpster in my front yard. At this time, I will
be providing temporary winterizing materials at the area where the solarium was removed
postponing the permanent re -siding until the spring of 1999.
I will provide drawings of my intentions to you in the near future to secure a building permit.

A plumbing permit was issued on Jan' 28, 1998 for the property located at 6230
Riverview Terrace NE for a gas water heater installation. According to Section 30.5(a)
of the 1991 Uniform Plumbing Code a final inspection shall be performed on plumbing
systems. As of this date no inspection has been called for.
You will be given thirty (30) days from receipt of this notice to respond. If we do not
hear from you, we will expire the permit and any inspections on this installation will
require a new permit.
