Dear Mr. Mattson:
It was brought to the City's attention that you have converted your deck
into living space. We have no record of any building permit being issued
for this improvement. We also are concerned that this improvement may
have been constructed in violation of the 10 foot side yard setback
requirement.
In order to correct the violations, you must obtain a building permit
and if necessary, get approval of a side yard variance or remove the
structure.
