During routine inspections throughout the city, by city forces during
the past few weeks, it has been noticed that the existing curb and
gutter in front of 6434'Riverview* Terrace has been
removed to facilitate the construction of a future concrete driveway.

factorily completed, the replacement with the new construction has
not followed in a timely manner. Without prompt replacement of the
removed gutter section, severe damage can occur to the existing road
base and adjacent curbing foundation.during every rainfall.
Therefore, it is mandatory that your proposed driveway entrance de-
pression be constructed as soon as possible. A reinspection will be
made seven (7) days after receipt of this letter and if it is found
to be in its present uncompleted condition, the city will contract
out the work and bill you directly for the costs incurred to"complete
the work.
