It appears that in order to bring the water and sewer into these two lots for this distance it will be necessary to Y the. sewer line in for the first 125 to 50 feet and then branch off to cover both locations.` On the vacant lot it appears that it also will be necessary to add a lift station or lift apparatus at the time of the construction because the only practical building site for the building lot would bring a house below the level of the sewer. I have attempted to secure engineering plans and cost estimates for bringing water and sewer into this property and have not been able to secure such plans and figures as of this time and my best estimate is the cost of bringing water and sewer in this property would be in excess of $4,000.00. I will have these plans and cost estimates in the near future but trill -not be able to secure them prior to your cut off date.
