You are hereby requested to abate the water and sewer service
connection assessment on the above property comprised of two lots
because of the expense which will be necessary to bring the water
and sewer lines into the above two locations.
It appears that in order to bring the water and sewer into
these two lots for this distance it will be necessary to Y the.
sewer line in for the first 125 to 50 feet and then branch off
to cover both locations.` On the vacant lot it appears that it
also will be necessary to add a lift station or lift apparatus
at the time of the construction because the only practical building
site for the building lot would bring a house below the level of
the sewer. I have attempted to secure engineering plans and cost
estimates for bringing water and sewer into this property and have
not been able to secure such plans and figures as of this time and
my best estimate is the cost of bringing water and sewer in this
property would be in excess of $4,000.00. I will have these plans
and cost estimates in the near future but trill -not be able to
secure them prior to your cut off date.
In view of the great expense that I will be incurring, I ask
that this assessment be abated for both lots.

Dear Ms. Burton:
A plumbing permit was issued on July 10, 2000 to install a water heater at your address.
According to section 4715.2800 of the State Plumbing Code, a final inspection shall be conducted
on the plumbing authorized by this permit. As of this date, no inspection has been called for.
The permit fee that was paid covers the inspections to make sure the work was completed
according to the State Plumbing Code. We will keep your permit open for another 30 days and if
we do not hear from you within this time to set up the inspection, we will expire the permit and
no further action will be taken.
