Inc. 430 Industrial Boulevard Minneapolis, MN 55413 Re: Construction Corrections at 7121 Riverwood Drive N.E., Fridley Dear Mr. Moselle: here appears to be a problem with the way your roofer installed the shingles at the Gary Larson residence at 7121 Riverwood Drive N.E. It seems that the nails or staples were not properly driven causing the shingles to improperly lay dawn. 7nis problem was brought to your attention several months ago; f irst by Mr. Larson and then by aryself in September. You gave us the name ,and phone number of your roofer, however we have been unable to get the roofer to make the corrections or even to come out to the site to review the problem. Zhe roofer does not return calls and everytime we call them they give us a different person to contact and that person never calls back. 9hey have continuously stated they will call and make arrangements the following week and nothing happens. Now that it is December, it may be impractical to make the necessary repairs until Spring. I need a written response from you by December 15, 1987 assuring us that you will resolve this problem by May 1, 1988.
