Dear Mr. Glaidon:
A plumbing permit was issued on May 12, 1998 for the property located at 7131
Riverview Terrace NE for a new water softener. According to Section 30.5(a) of the
1991 Uniform Plumbing Code a final inspection shall be performed on plumbing
systems. As of this date no inspection has been called for.
