Dear Sirs:
On June 6, 1995 an inspection was conducted on the window
replacement located at 7162 Riverview Terrace NE. The windows in
the sleeping rooms were found to be in violation of the Uniform
Building Code, Section 1204, which requires emergency, escape or
rescue windows to have a minimum width of 20 inches when in the
fully open position.
These sleeping area windows must be corrected to be in compliance
with the City of Fridley ordinances and the State Building Code.
