This letter is to confirm that the above referenced property is located in Zone C, Areas
of Minimal Flooding, of the Federal Emergency Management Agency Food Insurance
Rate Map. The Community Panel Number of this map is 270013-00038. The date of
the map is March 2, 1981.
At the request of your insurance agent, I reviewed the file to determine if the City had
on record an elevation certificate. I was unable to find an elevation certificate due to
the age of the dwelling. The dwelling was constructed prior to 1977, which is the date
the City began requiring elevation certificates. I did, however, find a verifying site
survey which I have enclosed for your records. I have also enclosed a copy of the
portion of the Food Insurance Rate applying to your property.
