(FINAL NOTICE) Dear Sirs: A reinspection was conducted on September 3, 19B7 to determine compliance with. our letter to you dated August 14, 1987, wherein we informed you of Code violations at the above address. Fridley, M 55432 Re: Final Inspection at 7145 Riverwood Drive N.E., Fridley Dear Sirs: The owners of 7145 Riverwood Drive N.E. called our office complaining about a leaky roof. In reviewing our file on this property, we determined that you had not requested a final inspection and therefore on August 14, 1987 we conducted our final inspection. It is very evident that there is a leak in the roof system; it appears to be where the roof saddle meets the valley on the back of the garage. Some flashing is missing allowing water to get into the wall cavity and once it is in the wall it penetrates the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom causing some sheetrock damage. The owner has attempted a temporary fix with roofing tar. You must make a repair by extending the flashing on the roof and repairing the bathroom ceiling. This work must be completed by September 1, 1987. We also need a verifying survey on this property which was a stipulation on the building permit.
