On April 6, 1987 the Fridley City Council officially approved your request
for a Variance, VAR #87-06, to reduce the side yard setback of an already
existing apartment building f ram 25 feet to 23.5 feet; to reduce the front
yard setback of an already existing apartment building from 35 feet to 34
feet on Lot 1, Block 1, Sylvan Hills Plat 8, and Lot 2, Block 1, Sylvan Hills
Plat 6, the same being 155-195 Satellite Lane N. E. (Variance to reduce the
side yard setback of an already existing garage from 5 feet to 2.9 feet was
denied by Council 4/6/87). with the following stipulations:
