A final inspection was conducted on July 29, 2004 for the construction of the house &
garage located at the above noted address. It was determined that the construction
complies with the approved plans and the structure is approved for occupancy. The
following items were noted which must be completed before the building permit can be
finaled;
1. Provide the City with a copy of the verifying survey.
2. Provide a hard surface driveway.
3. Provide sod in the front and side yards.
4. Seal all air duct returns.
5. Remove landscaping rock and large rock from City boulevard.
We will expect the above items to be completed on or before September 15, 2004 and a
