Old Business: Andrea Novak brought up the lighting situation and showed homeowners present
the different lighting options. Andrea provided pricing for the different options and available and
the sample lights installed on Meister were the most cost effective lights available.
Manager's Business:
Insurance: INTA's insurance policy expires on the last day of March. St. Paul Companies came in
with a bid of $31,176 for the entire complex, which also had a provision for water damage.
American Family's bid was $30,585 but did not cover water damage to homes. Perry Petersen
indicated that as an appraiser, he would rather be covered for water damage. A motion was made
stay with St. Paul Companies, 5-0.
Painting Issue: Mark Kvalheim recommended Painting Specialists to paint the homes in Fountain
Oaks. Painting Specialists provided the low bid and the longest guarrantee (3 years versus 2 years
for the other painters) Perry Petersen rcaffiirmed the complaints of homeowners of Mittlestadt
Painters who had painted their homes with below 50 degree temperatures, no follow-up for
touch-ups and that they had asked for additional money for paint from homeowners. Motion was
made to accept Painting Specialists, 4-0.
Swimming Pool Service: Mark Kvalheim recommended to keep the same pool service for
another year. INTA has contracted with this same company for the last 4-5 years. ]'lotion was
made to keep Sunday's Off Pool Service, 4-0.

CD's: One of INTA's CDs is coming due on March 25th, 1995 and Jerry Hart would like to
either invest again in CD's or Treasury Bilis. Richard Kragness will follow up with Jim Bharmel.
Budgets: Mark Kvalheim will prepare a draft. A committe was formed that evening and consists
of Richard Krageness, Maxine Dammen and Dean Enrooth.
Painting and Construction Projects: Mark Kvalheim will set up a time when homeowners are
available to select colors.
Lawnservice: Will clean up some of the extra tree and vine growth around the grounds.
Whatever they can't handle, then tree trimmers will be hired to take care of the rest.

Here are the materials that you requested during our recent conversation. Please note the
container size and placement requirements. As we discussed, there are several mandatory
container requirements including:
1. All private dwellings shall provide and keep on the premises sufficient containers
for the storage of all refuse.
2. Individual containers shall not exceed 32 gallons in size.
3. Each container shall be durable, watertight and impervious to rodents.
4. Except for the purpose of collection, all solid waste must be placed in the rear
yard, side yard or garage.
5. No containers will be allowed in the front yard for more than 24 hours.
If you have any questions, please contact me at 572-3595. There is a history of open refuse
storage in the Bavarian Pass area. Your help in correcting this situation would be much
appreciated.
