Dear Ms. Knoss:
A mechanical permit was issued on August 13, 2003 to install an air conditioner at your
address. A final inspection was conducted on October 9, 2003 and the following item
was noted which must be corrected before the work can be fmaled out;
Condensate drain line must be a minimum 3/a" per Section 510 Uniform
Mechanical Code.
As of this date the reinspection has not been requested. The permit fee that was paid
covers the inspection to make sure the work was completed according to the Codes. We
will keep your permit open for another 30 days and if we do not hear from you within
this time to set up the reinspection, we will mark the permit "no inspection called for by
homeowner after notification" and the permit will be expired.
