If you find it impossible to find room for the normal amount of garbage between pick-ups, I urge you to notify your owner of this fact so if the City were to tag the owner or his tenants, you have in some way made a previous complaint to the building owner. The City has given you repeated extensions to accomplish the task of rebuilding the garbage enclosure at this location, which is one of the stipulated requirements for receiving the street vacation at this location in 1999. We originally began discussions about the enclosure design in November 1999. Due to your inability to meet this stipulation, the City needs to be assured that this enclosure will be rebuilt before winter. Therefore, we are requiring that you sign the attached commitment and return it to the City offices no later than 5:OOpm on September 14, 2001.
