and the following items were noted which must be completed before the

1. Provide sod in the front and side yards by May 30, 1978.
2. Provide a hard surface driveway by May 30, 1978.
3. Provide door closer on door to garage.
4. Two separate single steps in garage needed.
5. Reduce foyer rails to 30 to 34 inches above tread nose (2 rails).
6.- Insulate outer walls in basement and rim joist 12 cantilever areas.
7.. Exterior caulking required.
8. Install house numbers by October 7, 1977

RE: First Notice of Noncompliance at 6160 Starlite Boulevard N.E.
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Sabot:
The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of
promoting a pleasant and attractive suburban environment. A recent
inspection of the property at 6160 Starlite Boulevard revealed that
not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed below
is an item which does not comply with the City Code:
1. Discontinue outside storage of a utility trailer and its
contents located on the grass in the front yard. (Fridley
Zoning Code does permit storage of trailers, without
materials, in the side or rear yard.)
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly
assist us in helping make Fridley a better place to live. An
inspection will be conducted on or about April 4, 1994, to
determine compliance.
