Dear Ms. Nelson:
A mechanical permit was issued on April 18, 2000 for the property located at
6191 Starlite Blvd. NE for an air conditioning unit and additional duct work..
According to Section 305(a) of the 1991 Uniform Mechanical Code a final
inspection shall be performed on the mechanical system. As of this date no
inspection has been called for.
You will be given thirty (30) days from receipt of this notice to respond. If we do
not hear from you, we will expire the permit and any inspections on this
installation will require a new permit.
