Provide handrails on both the garage steps and the back door steps. 2. Provide handrail on stair leading upstairs. 3. Provide handrail on basement stairs. 4. Provide 42 inch cover on north wall of garage. 5. Provide a hard surface driveway with the proper curb depression. 6. Provide sod in the front and side yards.
