As discussed, the surveying firm made an error in the certificate of survey for this lot which causes the house to be closer than 10' to the Northern lot line at the Northwest corner of the house, I am contacting the surveyor to have him provide the necessary corrections to the plat d6scriptions so that the 101 setback can be maintained. The developer has supplied the city with a letter promising to muffle or relocate the units if they became a problem after installation. Since it has been determined that they would violate provisions of the noise ordinance and relocation is not feasible (the wiring and slabs are already in place), I have informed the developers that the units must be properly muffled. The developed has verbally agreed to muffle the units immediately after installation. I am obtaining literature from a noise expert on how to properly muffle these units.
