This letter is to confirm our conversation of November g, 1982, regarding
the discrepancy in the certification of survey for Lot 1, Block 10 Doty/Wellner
Addition,.
As discussed, the surveying firm made an error in the certificate of survey
for this lot which causes the house to be closer than 10' to the Northern lot
line at the Northwest corner of the house,
I am contacting the surveyor to have him provide the necessary corrections
to the plat d6scriptions so that the 101 setback can be maintained.
Also, per our agreement we are continuing construction on this house.

During the processing of your plat on Satellite Lane, the Park Fee
associated with the City's subdivision ordinance was not clarified.
In reviewing the events since your original plat submission in April of
this year it appears that a $6,500 Park Fee for the plat is appropriate.
This Park Fee will be collected with each building permit application
at a rate of $812.50 for the eight buildings identified to be construct-
ed on the plat.

cash payment, as required by Ordinance 633, the following values will be used:
Residential subdivision $1,000.00 per lot

I have determined that the units as proposed at the above addresses would
emit noise levels in violation of the city's noise ordinance. The developer
has supplied the city with a letter promising to muffle or relocate the units
if they became a problem after installation. Since it has been determined
that they would violate provisions of the noise ordinance and relocation is
not feasible (the wiring and slabs are already in place), I have informed the
developers that the units must be properly muffled. The developed has
verbally agreed to muffle the units immediately after installation. I am
obtaining literature from a noise expert on how to properly muffle these
units. Any other assisstance that you can offer to resolve this situation
would be greatly appreciated.
