Mr. Wellner had concerns regarding the location of the retaining wall in relation to the driveway and grading of a swale along the lot line. Although no one was working at the site when I arrived, one of the tenants had stated that work- had begun the previous weekend. Upon a site inspection, the retaining wall has not been located directly adjacent to the driveway as was noted on the plan and the appropriate swales have not been constructed.
