SUBJECT: 6420 Starlite Circle
On June 29, 1994, 1 received a call from Gary Wellner regarding the work being conducted at
6420 Starlite Circle. Mr. Wellner had concerns regarding the location of the retaining wall in
relation to the driveway and grading of a swale along the lot line. Although no one was working
at the site when I arrived, one of the tenants had stated that work- had begun the previous
weekend. Upon a site inspection, the retaining wall has not been located directly adjacent to
the driveway as was noted on the plan and the appropriate swales have not been constructed.
I contacted Clifford Lund of W. F. Bauer Construction Co. and he stated he would see to it that,
it was constructed according to the agreed upon plan.
