Dear Mr. Zeal icka :
On April 21, 1988, it was confirmed by an on-site inspection that the
property at 7360 Stinson Boulevard N. E. does not meet the minimum standards
necessary to maintain a pleasant and prosperous suburban environment. While
major code requirements are satisfied, the following items do not comply with
the performance standards of the City Code:
1. Disposal of used beverage containers in rear of red truck, license LZD
694, at the east end of the lot.
Please Note: There is a redemption center for recyclables at 71st and
University. You may phone 571-3450, ext. 170, for more information.
2. Remove wood planks and other debris f ram east area cf lot.
Your buTediate action to correct this situation would be a great improvement

The City of Fridley has established a City Code for the purpose of promoting a pleasant and
attractive suburban environment. A recent inspection of the property at 7360 Stinson
Boulevard N.E. revealed that not all Code requirements are presently being met. Listed below
are items which do not comply with the City Code:
1. Fridley City Code requires that all vehicles must be currently licensed/street operable
and kept on a hard surface parking area if they are stored outside. I observed two
vehicles (471-DPF and a truck parked in the rear yard) which do not fully comply with
these requirements.
2. Discontinue outside storage of assorted materials located along the north side of the
garage.
3. The Fridley Zoning Code requires that the protective surface on all exterior walls must
be properly maintained (see enclosed Code section for further information). I observed
a substantial deterioration of the protective surface on the east and north walls of
your residence. Please paint this portion of your residence.
Your prompt attention in correcting this situation would greatly assist us in helping make
Fridley a better place to live. An inspection to determine compliance of items #1 and #2
will be conducted on or about May 11, 1992. An inspection to determine compliance of item
#3 will be conducted or about June 1, 1992.

of the shed that may be in violation of this requirement.

inspection will be conducted on or shortly after August 21, 1995 to
determine compliance.

BUILDING PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE
The Chief Building Official shall, before issuing permits for the erection of any building or structure, or for any
addition to any existing building or structure, or for any alteration or repair to any existing building or structure,
upon application therefore, require the payment by the applicant for such permit of fees to the amount herein
below set forth and in the manner herein provided to -wit:

DRIVEWAY DEPRESSION ESCROW

Removal and replacement of curb and gutter only - Driveway width plus 6 feet times $17.00.
Permits for construction will be issued a minimum of 24 hours from the time of application to allow for proper
review of the proposed structure and of the construction site.
VERIFICATION OF FOUNDATION
A Certificate of Survey of the lot, showing the location of the existing foundation will be required before
