Attached is a new vacation easement to remove the temporary construction easement for the Stonybrook Creek pipe
and replace it with a permanent drainage easement just over the pipe area.
The document has been changed to identify you as the widower which will only require your signature.
Ifyou want it executed, please sign the document, have it notarized (which can be done here at the Municipal Center)
and we will process it for you.
