The Chief Building Official shall, before issuing permits for the erection of any
building or structure, or for any addition to any existing building or structure, or
for any alteration or repair to any existing building or structure, upon application
therefore, require the payment by the applicant for such permit of fees to the amount
herein below set forth and in the manner herein provided to -wit: -

Hi all. Eagle Tree Service will be coming in for a 5 ton permit to remove an extremely large tree (100' tall) from a
back yard. The City's forester (Dave Lindquist) said it is a very weak tree and should be taken down as soon as
possible. Because of the public safety concern, I am allowing equipment exceeding our 5 ton limit to perform the
removal immediately. A crane will sit in the front yard and lift the tree over the house.
They are directed to travel to and from the property using the University Service Drive and then on to Sunrise Dr.
They are to be charged $25 per vehicle per day for all vehicles over the 5 ton axle limit. If you need further
clarification, please contact me. Thank you.
