On July 21, 1986, the City Council approved a special use permit for a second
accessory building at 291 Sylvan Lane N.E. with the following stipulations:
1. The siding on the new building be matched with the existing home.
2. No driveway is required as long as it is being used for storage.
3. The special use permit be reviewed by staff in one year to determine that
no vehicles are being driven in and out of this structure.
On July 21, 1987, I inspected the site and found that the above-mentioned
stipulations were being met.

291 Sylvan Lane N.E.
with the following stipulations:
1. That the siding on this new building be matched with the existing home.
