On June 7, 2000, City Manager Bill Burns and I met with you to discuss relocation of a hydrant near your driveway
to the south side of the Symphony Street cul -&sac. Our contractor has submitted a lump sum bid of $5,400.00 to
complete this work. As discussed, 50% of the cost ($2,700.00) shall be paid by you with the City paying the other
50%.
Payment may be made on the completion of the project this fall or this cost may be added to your assessment and
paid in accordance with the City policy. If you agree to these conditions, please sign below and return so we may
order the work to begin.
