We feel the barberry and pine shrub within 15 feet of the curb on the corner of the intersection need to be removed to provide adequate visibility due to the slope of the corner part of the lot. Mr. Helm and his neighbors feel there is clear line of sight and are satisfied with the height the shrubs have been trimmed down to. Mr. Helm has been forwarned that we do not intend to close this case out until the two shrubs in the right of way are removed.
