Dalbotten and he has significantly remodeled his kitchen (which is done) and is currently working on remodeling his basement - already creating a bedroom (complete with wall and a door), a living area, and is in the process of making a kitchen and bathroom also. Had I not been renting from him while he was doing this work, I wouldn't have known of his activities, but I was present. This man believes he is above the law in all aspects of his life and disregards any rules that apply anywhere. For this reason, I am reporting this whole scenario to you because not only is he scamming the welfare system, but he is avoiding paying property taxes. He will tell you that he has done no work on the house since purchasing it, but this is a blatant lie! He has done significant wiring and plumbing in the basement and kitchen.
