Subsequently, I sent a letter to the homeowner (Dennis Greenwood) at 61 Talmadge Way concerning a tree and a bush which are hindering sight at this location. Upon meeting with Mr. Greenwood, he indicated that he would resolve this matter by removing the bush and trimming the tree in question. However, he complained that the main problem which he has observed at this intersection usually results from vehicles speeding south on Talmadge Way and turning left or right into this development. He requested that the City consider placing a stop sign at this location to improve safety, and I told him that I would pass on this information to you.
