The existing home at 148 Talmadge way consists of a living area, breezeway and single -car garage. The
plans include removing the garage and existing garage floor and apron. A new garage floor and apron will
poured The size of the new garage will be 24' x 40' (A). The wall between the kitchen and breezeway
will be removed to expand the kitchen into the breezeway (B). A 7' x 10'9" entryway (C) will be added to
