agreeing to do all work in strict accordance with the City of Fridley Ordinances
and rulings of the Department of Buildings, and hereby declares that all the facts

BUILDING PEP14IT FEE SCHEDULE
SECTION 2. The Inspector of Buildings shall, before issuing permits for the
erection of any building of structure, or for any addition to any existing
building;or structure, or for any alteration or repairs to any existing building
or structure, upon application therefore, require the payment by the applicant
for such permit of fees to the amount herein below set forth and in the manner
herein provided to -wit:
Uniform Building Code: Type 1,2, & 4- $1.75 for each one thousand cubic feet, or
fraction thereof, in such cubical contents. Type 3 & 5 - $1.50 for each
one thousand cubic feet.
For the purpose of computing fees -,for building permits, the cubical contents of
any building or addition to a uniform height throughout by multipluing the ground
area covered from a point six (6) inches below the floor line of the basement or
cellar to the average height of the upper surface or to the average height of the
roof surface of the main gable of a pitched roof.
For repairs or alterations to an existing structure, the fee shall be at the
rate of $3.00 per each Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) or fraction thereof
in the cost of all proposed work.
In no case shall the fee charged for any -permit as set forth in Section 2 be
less than $5.00.

The Meeting was called to order by Chairman Ylinen at 7:30 P.M.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF AUGUST 16, 1967:
MOTION by Ahonen to accept the minutes of the meeting of August 30, 1967.
Seconded by Minish. Upon a voice vote, there being no nays, Chairman
Ylinen declared the' motion carried.
1. CONSIDERATION OF A REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE FROM SECTION 45.24, CITY CODE OF

MINNESOTA. (REQUEST BY FRANCIS C. ELLERBUSCH, 7507 UNIVERSITY AVENUE NORTH-
EAST, FRIDLEY, MINNESOTA, 55432):
The Petitioners, Mr. and Mrs. Ellerbusch were present at the meeting.
There were no other interested people present. Mr. Ahonen stated that he
had looked the property over and had talked to the neighbors. He said that
the next door neighbor was not opposed. He also mentioned the fact that
there was a cyclone fence approximately 1 foot in from the neighbor's lot
line.
MOTION by Minish to grant the waiver, being this is not a corner lot and
there will be approximately 13 feet between the proposed garage addition
and the home to the south, and the neighbors in the area have no objection.
Seconded by Mitteistadt. Upon a voice vote, there being no nays, Chairman
Ylinen declared the motion carried.
ADJOURNMENT
MOTION by Mittlestadt to adjourn the meeting. Seconded by Ahonen. Upon a
voice vote, there being no nays, .Chairman Ylinen declared the meeting
adjourned at -7:45 P.M.
