Fridley City Code requires that all solid waste must be kept in secured containers stored in the side yard, rear yard, or garage. I observed containers placed curbside at this location. (On the day of collection, refuse containers may be placed up to 3 feet in front of the garage. Refuse haulers are required to pick up all refuse from this location.)
