BUILDING PERMIT FEE SCHEDULE
SECTION 2. The Inspector of Buildings shall, before issuing permits
for the erection of any building or structure, or for any addition to any
existing structure or building, or.for any alteration or repairs to any
existing building or structure, upon application therefore, require the
payment by the applicant for such permit of fees to the amount_ herein;,
below set forth and in the manner herein provided to -wit:
Uniform Building Code: Type 1, 2, & 4 - $1.75 for each one thousand
cubic feet, or fraction thereof, in such cubical cantents: Type 3 & 5 -
$1.50 for each one thousand cubic feet.
For the purpose of computing fees for buildingpermits, the cubical
contents of any -buil-dirig-o`—additioA to - -a uniform height' thraughoi t 'by '
multiplying the ground area covered from a point six (6) inches be -low
the floor line of the basement or the cellar to the average height of
the upper surface or to the average height of the roof surface of the
main gable of a pitched roof.
For repairs or alterations to an existing structure, the fee shall be
at the rate of $3.00 per each five hundred dollars ($500.00) or
fraction thereof in the cost of all proposed work.
In no case shall the fee charged for any permit asset forth in Section
2 be less than $5.00.

The purpose of this letter is to confirm our telephone convers-
ation.
On March ist, 1971, 1 called you about the leak we had had through
the roof into our living room and kitchen because of melted snow and
ice a few days earlier. Two; days later we had the pleasure of
having one of your inspectors witness the stain still visible on
the ceiling after. the leak haddried e I'Iater.also had leaked into
the dining area along the lamp which could cause a short and a.
fire and could be dangerous*
On the 10th day of March I calledyou again. to find out what you
had discovered. You told me that you had sent the builder a notice
urging them to investigate the leak. For your information, nobody
has been here to investigate the leak.
Last year I also called you about the small garage door that is of
less than good quality and should.be repaired or replaced. The
builder took it then for the purpose of repairing it and kept it
for over a weed:., It does not look -rziany better now.
As I understand it, the one year guarantee will be over pretty soon
and I appreciate it very much if you could influence the builder
to take appropriate action to got these deficiencies corrected as
soon as -possible.

structure, or for any addition to any existing building or structure, or for any alteration or repair
to any existing building or structure, upon application therefore, require the payment by the
