You have been notified of your need to obtain a building permit and have failed to comply as of today's date. As a result, a special investigation fee will now be added to the permit, equal to the permit fee. The City of Fridley will give you 30 days in which to comply before turning this matter over to the City Attorney for his legal consideration..
