Re: Final Inspections at 1563 - 1565 West Bavarian Court N.E.
Dear Sirs:
A final inspection was conducted on January 22, 1985 of the above units
and the following items were noted which must be completed before the
construction can be finaled out:
1. Reverse the addresses on the units. ,
2. Provide sod in the front and side yards by June 1, 1985
3. Add joist hangers in basement at stairs in 1565 West Bavarian Court.
4. Cover clean water sump in 1565 West Bavarian Court.
We will expect the above items to be completed by February 4, 1985 or
the scheduled date for #2, when reinspections will be conducted to
determine compliance. If you have any questions on these items, please
