A final inspection was made on June 2, 1977 of 1582 West Bavarian Court N.E.
and the following items were noted which must be completed before the
structure can be finaled out:.
1. Provide permanent deck supports by June 20, 1977.
2. Provide fans in both bathrooms by June 20; 1977.
3. Provide -guardrail on outside step by June 20, 1977.
4. Replace defective smoke detector by June 20, 1977.
5. Provide house numbers by June 20, 1977.
6. Provide sod in the front and side yards by September 10, 1977.
7. Provide a hard surface driveway by September 10, 1977.
