Dear Sirs.:
A final inspection was made on July 8, 1977 of 1584 West Bavarian Court N.E.
and the following items were noted which must be completed before the
structure can be finaled out:
1. Provide sod in the front and side yards by September 23, 1977.
2. Provide a hard surface driveway by September 23, 1977.
3. Provide anchor bolt nuts by July 23, 1977.
4. Complete all exterior caulking by July 23, 1977.
4. A retest of the smoke detector will be made on July 23, 1977.
We will expect the above items to_be completed by the scheduled dates when
reinspection will be made to determine compliance. If you have any

can be finaled out;
1. Install 5/8 inch type -X sheetrock along the entire wall adjacent to
the property line.
2. Provide four evenly spaced deck posts under deck (presently overspanned).
3. Recaulk exterior around windows where sealant has separated

reinspection will be conducted to determine compliance.
