A final inspection was made on January 25, 1980 at the above address
and the following items were noted which must be completed before the
structure can be finaled out;
1. Provide a railing on the open side of the stair from garage to
house by February 15, 1980.
2. Post address on structure by February 15, 1980.
3. The lower level study can not be used for sleeping purposes.
4. Obtain heating permit for structure by February 15, 1980. &k'
