REGARDING: Building Permit Fees for 5486 and 5484 West Bavarian Pass N.E.
On July 7th, 1976 (the last day of the old fee schedule) the Darrel Farr
Development Corporation submitted two applications for what appeared to
be two building permits. Because of the number of applications for
permits under the old schedule that day, we calculated the permit fees
and receipted the applicants check for the fees. The applicants were
then to pick up their permits after the plans had been completely
reviewed by our department.
In this particular case, the applicant had listed two lots on each
application and had intended to apply for four permits (one permit per
duplex unit -) and not for two permits. We received money for only
two of the four units applied for. Application took place at 4:30 on
July 7th. The number of other similar applicants procluded a complete
review of the applications before receipting the applicants check.
Plan review the next day showed that in fact four applications were
intended to be made. Considering, the circumstances mentioned, it was
my opinion that it would be reasonable to calculate the two additional
permits under the old fee schedule. kerefore, the permits for Lots 28
and 29, Block 1, Innsbruck Townhouse *th Addition, the same being 5486
and 5484 West Bavarian Pass, were calculated under the the expired fee
schedule on July 14th, 1976.
Enclosed please find the original application made, and a photo copy of
the receipt for the two units issued on July 7th, 1976.

can be finaled out:

3. Provide house numbers on structure by February 10, 1977.

Dear Jim:
A'final inspection of 5486 West Bavarian Pass N.E. was made prior to
occupancy by the new owner and again on February,17, 1977. All items
have been satisfactorily completed except one; the sliding glass door
in the dining area leaks air badly and is in violation of the allowable
crack leak amounts allowed by the new State Energy Code. I could feel
air moving through the space from 2 feet away.
Please contact me after this problem has been corrected in order that
the structure can be completely finaled out. A reinspection will be
made on or about March 15, 1977 to check for compliance.

Dear Ms. McPherson:
A mechanical permit was issued on April 4, 2000 for the property located at
5486 West Bavarian Pass NE for a furnace and an air conditioning unit.
According to Section 305(a) of the 1991 Uniform Mechanical Code a final
inspection shall be performed on the mechanical system. As of this date no
inspection has been called for.
You will be given thirty (30) days from receipt of this notice to respond. If we do
not hear from you, we will expire the permit and any inspections on this
installation will require a new permit.
