Dear Mr. Rath:
A final inspection was made on June 12, 1978 of the above address and
the following items were noted which. must be completed before the
structure can be finaled out;
1. Have water meter sealed on or before July 7, 1978.
2. Raise deck railing height to 36 inches minimum where required
before occupancy or July 7, 1978 whichever is first.
3. Delete 12 inch riser on utility step to the left of the garage
by July 7, 1978.
We will expect the above items to be completed by the scheduled date
when a reinspection will be conducted to determine compliance. If you

On July 1, 1990, the City of Fridley began a new program called
Systematic Code Enforcement. This program is designed to provide
fair and equitable code enforcement, improve the City's appearance,
and maintain property values by creating a more attractive suburban
environment. Under this program, all properties in the City will
be inspected approximately once each year to ensure that they are
in compliance with the Fridley City Code.
A recent inspection of your property revealed that not all Code
requirements are presently being met. Listed below are item(s)
which do not comply with the Code:
1. Observed unlicensed white vehicle parked in driveway. Fridley
City Code requires that all vehicles must be currently
licensed and street operable, or stored in an enclosed
structure.
Your prompt attention in correcting this problem would help us in
our effort to improve the City. A reinspection will be conducted
on or about August 23, 1990, at which time compliance is
anticipated. Please call me at 572-3595 if you have questions or
wish to discuss this further. Thanks for your cooperation!
