A final inspection was made on September 15, 1977 of the above address
and the following items were noted which must be completed before the
structrure can be finaled out;
1. Provide sod in the front and side yards by October 20, 1977.
2. Provide a verifying survey by September 28, 1977.
3. Apply for lot split to purchase two feet from corner lot.
4. Cover garage door header and southwest corner of garage ceiling
with 5/8 inch Type X sheetrock.
5. Provide 1 riser between house and garage.
6. Provide garage door closer on door between house and garage.
7. Provide City with copy of truss design.
We will expect items 2 through 7 to be completed by September 28, 1977
and item 1 to be completed by October 20, 1977 when reinspections will
be made to determine compliance. If you have any questions on these
